Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at check out.  All orders over $100.00 ship for free in the US.

Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for the processing and shipment of all orders.  Custom orders typically take 3-10 days or sooner for processing based on the request. 

At Chasing Butterfly Designs, we are honored that you chose us to provide that item for your special occasion and are committed to your overall shopping experience with us.  With such an honor, for all non-custom orders placed before 12pm EST on Monday-Friday, we strive for SAME OR NEXT DAY order fulfilment and delivery to shipping carrier to ensure your receive you package as soon as possible.

Estimated Shipping Times
We currently ship to CONUS (Continental United States, lower 48 states) and OCONUS (Outside of the Continental U.S. such as Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories & Possessions like Guam and Puerto Rico) via UPS and USPS

Shipping timeframes and factors are beyond our control, after packages have been delivered to the respective carriers.  But typical timeframes we have experience in the past (outside of the respective holiday seasons) are as follows:
USPS: 3-8 business days or sooner.
UPS:  2-5 business days or sooner.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.  Please verify your shipping address on file before submitting your order, to prevent any delays with receiving orders.
